POE Mitsui DF605 is a polyolefin elastomer with low specific gravity and high impact resistance. It features outstanding flexibility, excellent low‑temperature impact performance and good clarity, ideal for toughening PP and PE.

Main Applications

Automotive Parts: Bumpers, instrument panels, leveraging superior impact resistance. Packaging Materials: Low‑temperature heat‑seal films, peelable films. Sports Goods: Midsoles for sports shoes. Wire & Cable: Cover layer materials. General Articles: Hoses, conveyor belts, home‑appliance parts, stationery and toys.

Processing Guidelines

  • For PP toughening: POE loading ≤20 %. Higher POE content improves impact strength and elongation, while tensile strength, flexural strength and modulus decrease accordingly.
  • Melt index and flowability increase with POE addition.
